However, I am a Lagos resident and I would like to travel to US with my family on next summer holiday. I will be visiting my Childhood friend in the US.Being a first time applicant,I want to confirm authoritatively from you whether I am going to pay $160 (64,000 Naira) for each member of my family. We are 5, i.e. Myself,my spouse and 3 children, does that mean we are going to pay 320,000 Naira? Are we also going to pay for appearance fees during interview? How much are should we get ready for each person as appearance fees.Kindly throw light of understanding on this confusing matter.

Sir, even though my friend who is a host and a US citizen has promised to finance my trip…Please should I indicate in the Application that the host will be responsible for my trip expenses or I should Indicate ”SELF” i.e I will personally be responsible for the trip finances. Sir,how much must is the maximum I should have in my account balance to be presented to the US Consulate in Lagos. Please I will be so grateful if you can guide me through this experience so as not to make mistake and to avoid a visa denial.
