- Include the applicant’s entire name as it appears on their passport, as well as their passport number; include the applicant’s country and date of birth; include the applicant’s passport issue and expiry dates, and be printed on letterhead from the company.
- Include the name(s) of the organization(s) that will be visited
- Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the application Include complete contact information for the party that is inviting them to visit the organization(s) to be visited
- Indicate the reason for your trip as well as the dates of your arrival and departure.

Mail Covid 19 Entry Requirement
Proof that you have received a “full COVID vaccine” is required to enter Mali (i.e. usually at least two doses). If you cannot provide evidence that you have received the whole vaccine series, you will be required to submit a negative COVID test (PCR) certificate that is less than 72 hours old.

Children and Young People

Before you embark on your trip, it is highly recommended that you get the most recent instructions from your airline.
